I bought these for my daughter and I for our holiday in Thailand where we can snorkel every day in front of hotel. They are perfect except the little rubber piece that connects the mask and snorkel is missing from one set. We have temporarily connected it with a hair tie but was wondering if we could get a replacement piece for future use. Didn't realise until we got OS as didn't take out of pa laying until we arrived

I love the ability to have my own snorkel 🤿 For vacations. Unfortunately the day I had a golden opportunity to see beautiful turtles, 🐢 I left it in my hotel room. Ugh! But the following day we went to another beach and I used my snorkel then— saw murky water lol. Oh well. I don’t regret making this purchase; love the colors and fit. I took my blue and peach colored snorkels to Maui. Unfortunately the opportunity to use the snorkel was lost as I forgot my snorkel at my hotel. 😭 But I was able to use it on another day; However that day the water was murky. 😭 But no regrets buying these because I loved the fit and functionality. I love it! The googles fog sometimes and water still goes in but there must be a technique and proper placement so water doesn’t get in. Otherwise 360 view is great and very easy and light to carry around. I would recommend it.
I emailed yesterday. I have yet to receive an answer. My goggles were supposed to be the ocean blue color however I received khaki blue.
Store owner replied: Hey Chantel, That is the correct colour the warehouse is still using the old colour names on some of the packages. But rest assured that is in fact ocean blue!
